In a twinned move, the studio said Wednesday it has removed the Kevin Hart-Woody Harrelson action movie Man From Toronto from its Sept. 17 spot. It is now undated.

Venom: Let There Be Carnage once again stars Tom Hardy as the titular character, with Harrelson appearing as Venom antagonist Carnage, who was teased at the end of 2018's Venom. Andy Serkis is directing the sequel to the sleeper hit, which earned more than $856 million globally. Kelly Marcel wrote the script.

The move will allow the filmmakers to complete postproduction, as well as provide some distance from Universal's late June tentpole No Time to Die, the next installment in the James Bond franchise.
