Réalisation Par
On holiday, Victoria Beckham usually relies on one minidress – the “Christy” by Australian brand Réalisation Par. The brand was founded by Alexandra Spencer and Teale Talbot and is known for its throw-on printed summer dresses, worn by Joan Smalls, Hailey Bieber, Emily Ratajkowski and Alexa Chung. This year, the stand-out design is a sleeved animal-print maxi dress, called the Gia.
Hill House Home
Hill House Home officially launched in the UK this month and is best known for its signature Nap Dress, which went viral during the pandemic and is now available in lots of variations and colourways. Founder Nell Diamond has amassed a huge personal following and is the best advertisement for the dresses. The aesthetic is the embodiment of the cottagecore trend, with charming floral prints and silhouettes inspired by the Victorian-era – it’s not surprising that it has caught the attention of young royals, with Princess Beatrice often seen wearing the midi-dresses.
Toteme
Scandinavian contemporary label Toteme is certainly on the more expensive side. However, you can find jersey and knitted dresses from the brand for around £250. Founder Elin Kling plays with the idea of an everyday uniform and wanted to create a capsule of wardrobe basics that are elevated, but understated, and each season it delivers the most beautiful minimalist dresses. Alicia Vikander wore a black strapless midi-dress to the Cannes Film Festival this year, while Selena Gomez and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are also fans.
