DEAR BONNIE: Have you ever had a celebrity visit, or has a celebrity ever come through while you were giving a message to a client? — Sonya
DEAR SONYA: I have never attempted to talk to a celebrity just because I wanted to see if I could. However, I have had celebrity visits and I will share with you some of the visits I have had. I seem to have celebrities that were a little before my time, but that I do know about or have seen in old movies — some coming to share details with me. I did not ask; they just appeared to have answers to questions I have had in my real life.
One night I went to sleep thinking about how I wanted my hair to be styled and colored. I was going to ask my hairstylist as I had an appointment the next morning and during the night I awoke to see Marilyn Monroe before me. She did not say anything, but I knew she was showing me her hair. It was short, stylish, and very blonde, and I knew she was trying to get that color to me in hopes it would help me with my hair decisions.
The next morning, I went to my stylist and low and behold she had a picture of Marilyn Monroe next to her station. I took her advice, and I still have that same blonde hair to this day. You might ask yourself, why would Marilyn Monroe care about my hair? I do not know that for certain, but I do know a soul is a soul. She had a sweet presence about her, and I think she thought her color would look good on me. Visits do not have to be life-changing, but they always seem to be helpful.
Now would I call up and ask Marilyn Monroe to have a chat with me? No, I would not. But I sure liked seeing her and receiving her advice on my beauty choices. Another celebrity visit would come from Bing Crosby. It was around Christmas time, and I have his Christmas CDs and was listening to them during the afternoon.
That evening as I went to bed, I had a question in my mind about a legal matter that was taking place and when I would be getting notice of the outcome. That night, Bing appeared to me, he nodded his head as if to say hello, put on his fedora and said March 15. That was it. He left me with a date that come morning, I remembered very clearly.
On March 15, a letter came on that exact day, letting me know what the outcome was. Wow! What does that prove? The spirit world knows what is going to happen before we do, and Bing was spot on the money with that one. Even I was amazed at the accuracy of that date because I live in a small town, and we never know when our mail is coming, as sometimes it takes longer than average.
Another time I was in my car driving to work, very much awake this time, when Robin Williams spoke to me like he was riding shotgun in my passenger seat. It was just after his tragic passing and I could hear his voice so clearly. I loved watching all his TV shows and movies and had just watched a video that he made a week before.
His tragic passing had taken me by surprise as he always looked so happy. Robin, however, had a request to deliver a message to someone, and we chatted for a few minutes. I told him I probably would not be able to reach this person for a few reasons. Imagine someone calling you out of the blue and telling you “I have a message for you?” He understood, and even though I felt terrible that I could not help, he reassured me it was OK, and then he was gone, and once again I was alone in my car driving to work.
These stories go to show us that we are all one and always connected on some level. On earth as in heaven, although in heaven, we get to see the bigger picture of why some things work out and others do not. Our egos do not hold us and we are of pure light. What I have learned from these experiences and why I am sharing them with you is because it is not the job that you hold here on Earth that makes you who you are but the love in your heart that makes you a good person.
