We have another great summer concert coming to the Hollywood Bowl next weekend! This time it's legendary Brazilian bandleader Sergio Mendes, who will bring dancers and the spirit of Carnival to the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday, August 15, as part of "Blame It On Rio." Sergio Mendes will fill the night air with samba, bossa nova, and jazz hits that defined the sounds of the 1960s. If you would like to attend the show on Sunday, August 15, we're giving our readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to the concert!
To enter to win, send your full name and contact info to contest@thescenestar.com by Wednesday, August 11, at 10 a.m. for the chance to win a pair of tickets to the show. The winner will be sent their tickets digitally (via e-mail or text) to avoid having to go to Will Call to minimize contact. The winner must reply to the e-mail/answer our call in order to confirm that they are able to attend the show in order to receive their tickets so check your spam folder. If we don't hear from you, we will draw another name until a winner can be confirmed. Hotmail entries will not be accepted, so please use a different e-mail account if you have one.
